A mod lets you change the name, artist and cover of any song in Meulify. It only changes what you see on screen — the music stays the same.
• Song name (e.g. "My Favorite Track")
• Artist name (e.g. change "Unknown" to "Bad Bunny")
• Cover art (static or animated)
• Change only what you want — nothing is mandatory
Each song is identified by its YouTube Video ID. That ID is the key. You tell it: “For this ID, show this on screen”.
You use the editor below, download a file and import it into the app. If you don't like it, remove it and everything goes back to how it was.
Find the song code on YouTube (what appears after "v=" in the address).
In the editor, type the new name and artist and upload the photo you want.
Press “Download JSON”. That file is your pack.
In the app: Settings → Mods → Import → Activate and done.
Use animated WebP (recommended) instead of GIF: smaller size, better quality, supports transparency and smooth colors.
How to create an animated cover:
1. Prepare a short clip (2–6s) in MP4 or an existing GIF.
2. Go to ezgif.com/video-to-webp and convert it to WebP.
3. Crop and adjust to a square format (1:1).
4. Reduce: 60–80% quality, keep it under < 1MB if you can.
5. Download the final .webp (make sure it plays when you open it).
6. Upload the file to ImgBB / Imgur and copy the direct URL that ends in .webp.
7. Paste that URL into “Cover URL”.
Recommended specs: 500–700px, under 1.2MB, smooth loop with no abrupt cuts.
If it doesn't animate: Check that the URL ends in .webp and is not the preview page.
Create your mod step by step without touching code. All visual and easy to use.
Add your first song using the form on the left

I'll explain exactly what to do to create your first mod in 5 minutes.
From YouTube: On any video, the web address has this format: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABC123xyz. What you need is that final part.
From Meulify: Tap the 3 dots (⋮) next to the song → Share → Copy link → extract the code at the end.
The code is only letters and numbers, with no spaces or odd symbols.
Normal image: Square JPG, PNG or WebP (same width and height). 500 pixels or more so it looks good.
Animated image: animated WebP is best (better quality than GIF and lighter).
To make an animated WebP:
If it doesn't animate, check that the address ends in .webp and is not a web page.
In the editor: paste the ID, type (only if you want) a new title / artist and the cover URL. Press “Add Song”. Repeat as many times as you like.
You can leave fields empty: only what you fill in gets changed.
When you finish: “Download JSON”. On your phone open Meulify → Settings → Mods / Covers → Import → select your file → Activate.
You can have several packs. If you don't like something, disable it without deleting.
The most common doubts answered simply.
Completely safe. It only changes what you see on screen (names and images). The original music and your library are not touched at all.
Yes, animated WebP is almost always better: it looks higher quality, takes up less space and has better colors. Only use GIF if you can't convert to WebP.
Yes, whenever you want. Go to Settings in the app and you can enable, disable or delete any pack without affecting your songs.
There's no limit, you can make huge packs. But it's easier to stay organized with packs of 10–50 songs (for example: one for reggaeton, another for rock, etc.).
No, if you optimize them well. Keep each animated image under 1–1.5MB and only a few seconds long. Avoid super long, heavy animations.
The app will show the original image again. If you want to keep your custom image, upload it again to ImgBB/Imgur and update the address in your pack.
Of course. You can change only the name, only the artist, only the image, or any combination. Leave blank whatever you don't want to change.
